Oh my god! My Ironcladz arrived two weeks ago and I can't even put them down to go to the bathroom! I put them in a different pose on my desk every day and it looks really damn cool!! and of course I've taken one to the office and I gave the yellow one to my boyfriend because he likes Solaire from Dark Souls... please make more models!!

FAQs

Will there be more models?

Yes! We are currently working on more colors, designs and weapons! We are a small team so it may take us a couple of weeks, but we always put the quality of our ironcladz above all else!

Are ironcladz armor made of metal?

We wish we could make them like that! We don't want them to be too heavy or dangerous for children, even though most of our orders are used by adults hahaha! Plus the prices will go up and we want to keep up with everyone so no one is left without fun!

When can I expect my order?

Our ironcladz do not travel by horse to your home! You can expect them in 8 days from when you place your order, and if your order was large or you are located too far away, do not worry, our shipping time will never exceed 14 days!

Where can I track my order?

We will send you a link to your e-mail so you can check where your ironcladz are traveling at any time!

How can I refund?

If, for any reason, you want your money back once you've received your products, just send them back to us! They must be sealed for health reasons. Please remember that your order cannot be canceled once it's in transit (once your tracking code has been generated)

Lack of info

Concept is cool however it doesn’t mention anywhere than they don’t come assembled and that you have to do it yourself, and after many attempts at making contact with the company no response has been provided.

I love them but there are some major problems

Last month I ordered the gray, the hunter and the hollow and a stand, everything came in time and the gray, hollow and stand are perfect. But the hunter I got is defective, the inside of prices of the leg armor aren too big, and they don't fit on the leg, en the other one that fits falls off with the slightest movement.
Another thing that left me unsatisfied was the fact that they didn't came in the cool box with the Ironclad logo, but just in cardboard boxes for the hunter and the gray, and plastic bags for the hollow, if there's a way to fix the problem I encountered with the hunter I won't care about the rest, please I really enjoy the product, they look good and hold poses really well, I'm just sad I can't use the hunter I have
